Spring is a wonderful time to set intentions for growth. Journaling can be a wonderful practice to add to any daily practice of yoga or mindfulness. Journaling is a way to discover unconscious wisdom and intuition. Becoming more familiar with your own wisdom creates room to grow and thrive. With our ten days of journal prompts, we hope to inspire this growth.
