Our Weekend Retreat
Join us for a rejuvenating weekend where rest becomes a pathway to renewal and the heart becomes our guide. This intimate gathering honors the wisdom of slowing down and invites you to pause, soften, and reconnect—with yourself, with community, and with the natural world around you.
Across three days, we’ll share practices that nourish and restore: yoga, meditation, journaling, creative time, sound baths, time in nature, and unstructured space for friendships and reflection. Our intention is simple—offer you a weekend to be cared for and supported.
