What is a “Mindset Reset”?

A chance to pause. To recharge, realign, and reset your focus. Where the mind goes, energy follows!

Our next Kula workshop will do just this. Guided through gentle movement intended to relax your physical body, we will focus on the breath and mobilize the distribution of prana (life force) through your body. Feeling a deep sense of balance,  we will complete the workshop with a Crystal Singing Bowls guided meditation.

This workshop will be held at the beautiful Rainbow Lodge in North Bend. Nestled at the base of Mount Si, in their own words, Rainbow Lodge is a place “where the world stops and renewal begins”.
