Journaling Workshop

1:45 PM - 3:15 PM:
Gentle Yoga Flow into Pranayama
A gentle yoga practice that focuses on stress-relieving poses and breathwork, incorporating mindful movement to release tension.

Light Snack Break
Enjoy healthy refreshments to recharge
4:45 PM - 6:15 PM
Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Sound Bath
Experience a Yin practice with deep relaxation poses, followed by Yoga Nidra and a Sound Bath for complete mind-body restoration.
6:15 PM - 6:30 PM
Closing Circle Workshop
We end with sharing with the group and reflection.
