Kula, in Sanskrit, means community. We believe community is such an important piece when cultivating resilience during challenging times, as well as when creating sustainable self-care practices to relax and restore. For this reason, we have created unique ONE day yoga retreats where we will enjoy a full day of self-care in nature with community.
We will guide you through the practices of Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, Myofascial Release, Yin Yoga, Journaling, Sound Healing, Breathwork, and more.
We hold two one-day retreats each year, usually Spring and Fall. Each retreat we create is local, highlighting some spectacular venues surrounded by nature. Indoor and outdoor options to practice when the weather allows.
