Beach Meditation

You are welcome here

At Kula, we create meaningful yoga-based events. Kula in Sanskrit means community or tribe.  Through Kula Yoga Events, we aim to provide a sense of inclusion and belonging as we come together for retreats, workshops, and classes and share other community resources.

Our intention is to slow down and have time to learn, practice, and grow together. To reconnect with joy, to recharge with nature and community.

“I especially enjoyed the MyoYin. I've done Yin Yoga and Myofascial work before, but never experienced them integrated like you do. Wow - loved it!”
