At Kula, we create meaningful yoga-based events. Kula in Sanskrit means community or tribe. Through Kula Yoga Events, we aim to provide a sense of inclusion and belonging as we come together for retreats, workshops, and classes and share other community resources.
Our intention is to slow down and have time to learn, practice, and grow together. To reconnect with joy, to recharge with nature and community.
Kula's Guide to Self-Compassion and Stress Reduction is a comprehensive workbook that incorporates various breathing techniques, daily reflections, and free access to morning yoga practice and meditation. All of these tools are designed to help you cultivate self-compassion and find inner calm amidst life's many stressors.
