Nourish & Restore
Weekend Retreat
Langley Retreat - Whidbey Island, WA
on Friday, March 22nd through Sunday, March 24th
To nourish is to tend to and provide the substance needed for growth, health, and overall well-being. Spring is a wonderful time to look within and give yourself the nourishment needed to find flexibility and resilience in mind, body, and emotions. To intentionally pay attention to what we consume, how we spend our time, what brings us joy, and what beliefs have been planted within. To restore is to remember that everything you are searching for is already within, and to allow the possibilities of peace.

Our Weekend Retreat
Over this weekend, we will share the practices that nourish and restore us most. Through yoga, meditation, community and friendships, creative time, journaling, nature, sound baths, and more. Our intention is to offer an opportunity for you to be taken care of and supported. To build relationships, share stories, and connect.
Serenely located one mile inland from the quaint seaside town of Langley, Washington, enveloped by forest and water, Langley Retreat is an inviting, calming space to regain a sense of self on charming Whidbey Island. While we will provide many practices, workshops, and activities, it is important for us to provide free time for you to take the weekend to nourish and restore in all the ways you need.
